(USA) Senior Manager, Packaging

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States — Change Building AR Bentonville Home Office

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead continuous improvement and packaging innovation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage supplier defect reduction through resource planning, quality control, equipment specifications, and cost management.
• Develop and maintain consistent packaging content with suppliers, design teams, merchants, and business partners.
• Resolve packaging content issues and establish packaging standards and best practices.
• Execute multiple business plans, remove operational obstacles, and measure performance.
• Coach and develop a high-performing packaging team while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

• Extensive packaging engineering experience focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing packaging production, resource allocation, quality control, and cost management.
• Expertise in packaging solutions aligned with industry standards and automation requirements.
• Strong project management and communication skills for supplier and cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, English, or a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience; 2 years of supervisory experience.
