Sr. Software Engineer (AI/SaaS)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; on-site

Salary: $178,000–$197,000 annually, including base salary and a portion of variable compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver scalable SaaS features using React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Node.js.
• Translate business priorities and customer needs into technical specifications and shipped product improvements.
• Design resilient applications and provide technical guidance in an agile engineering environment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues while improving operational excellence.
• Mentor junior software engineers and contribute to engineering quality, innovation, and technology adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product experiences and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience developing highly scalable cloud-native applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, React, Node.js, event-driven architecture, API integration, and GraphQL.
• Experience building applications on Azure or AWS using CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
• Experience with Grafana for observability and performance monitoring.
• Experience shipping features end-to-end across frontend and backend systems.
• Experience building AI-driven user experiences, agents, or workflow automation, plus a computer science-related degree or equivalent experience.
