Salary: $46,200–$96,200 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Validate and apply bioanalytical approaches for liquid chromatography mass spectrometry biomarker and biotherapeutic assays.
• Conduct method development, validation, and sample analysis using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.
• Manage projects, documentation, study data integrity, and bioanalytical data in LIMS.
• Coordinate sample management with Laboratory Operations and communicate with clients about scientific objectives.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot issues, and follow safety, regulatory, and Good Laboratory Practice requirements.
• Contribute to scientific discussions and strengthen chromatographic and mass spectrometric techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field, or a high school diploma with equivalent relevant laboratory experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Proficiency in routine laboratory procedures and wet-laboratory sample extraction.
• Experience with liquid chromatography mass spectrometry biomarker and biotherapeutic assays.
• Experience in method development, validation, sample analysis, and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.
• Ability to use LIMS for sample scheduling and bioanalytical data management, with strong documentation, communication, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills.
