What you will do

• Analyze clinical and non-clinical bioanalytical samples for drugs and metabolites under GLP regulations.
• Handle biological matrices including plasma, serum, urine, and blood.
• Perform sample preparation and operate liquid chromatography systems and ultra-sensitive mass spectrometers.
• Execute routine and complex laboratory activities independently and produce reliable, inspection-ready results.
• Review multistep experiments, identify deviations, and plan follow-up experiments.
• Apply scientific literature and bioanalytical concepts to solve discipline-specific problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with typically 3 or more years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with no additional experience required.
• Experience handling biological samples and performing protein precipitation, liquid-liquid extraction, and solid-phase extraction.
• Experience with Hamilton Starlet automated liquid handling systems and Shimadzu liquid chromatography systems.
• Experience operating API4000, API5000, API5500, and API6500 Applied Biosystems mass spectrometers.
• Experience with ELN, WATSON LIMS, and Applied Biosystems Analyst software.
• Familiarity with bioanalysis regulations and regulated laboratory environments, plus strong collaboration and prioritization skills.
