DGS Service Engineer

What you will do

• Maintain DGS CoC facilities, equipment, service contracts, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate the smooth operation of the DGS CoC with service staff and support the service manager with planning and progress reporting.
• Assist the sales department with troubleshooting, technical presentations, customer training seminars, and important site installations.
• Prepare root-cause analysis reports for DGS seal failures and work with EB-Service Engineering on finalizing RCA results, test cells, and faster repairs.
• Coordinate technical clarifications and recommendations with customers, vendors, sales, and service teams.
• Recommend additional personnel, equipment, and training resources when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of technical experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, or related industries.
• Experience with wet and dry gas seals and their support systems, including assembly, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment general arrangements, design, assembly, and bills of materials.
• Experience working in large and complex organizations.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required. Advanced MS Office, Power BI, and document management skills are also required.
