Senior Engineer, Process Engineering

What you will do

• Develop and modify process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts and process documentation.
• Establish SOPs and FMEAs for related processes.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement plans to improve process performance indices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Technical university degree in a specialized engineering discipline, or an approved local equivalent.
• BS with 2–4 years of experience, MS with 1–3 years of experience, or PhD with 0–1 year of experience.
• Fundamental knowledge in a specialized technical discipline.
• Experience using standard engineering methods to analyze and resolve problems of moderate scope.
• Ability to participate in technical teams and coach students.
