What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of strategic acquisitions, from identifying partners through negotiation and integration.
• Build financial models and valuation analyses, including merger and leveraged buyout models.
• Evaluate market trends and opportunities to support long-term corporate strategy.
• Prepare data-backed recommendations and presentations for executive leadership and board members.
• Own due diligence, manage transaction risks, and build relationships with investment bankers and private equity partners.
• Mentor junior team members and lead cross-functional teams through complex, high-stakes projects.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, merger models, and leveraged buyout models.
• Experience leading deal processes and cross-functional teams under aggressive deadlines.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, company operations, and the payments or software industry.
• Experience with FactSet, Capital IQ, or PitchBook.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
