Service & Performance Manager – General Services (Aerospace)

Location: Getafe Area, Getafe (Madrid), Spain; onsite operational role

What you will do

• Manage catering and vending services in Getafe, restoring operational performance, KPI achievement, and contract compliance.
• Monitor service quality, satisfaction, incidents, service times, SLAs, and supplier performance.
• Manage office services, coordinate suppliers, respond to incidents, and resolve operational problems.
• Analyze consumption data, manage budgets and costs, coordinate audits, and prepare reports.
• Define and implement continuous improvement plans and control tools.
• Support waste, cleaning, landscaping, transport, and other general services while leading related projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a similar discipline, EQF Level 7 / Master's level.
• Up to 3 years of experience in supplier management.
• Experience in KPI management, data analysis, vendor management, and contract management.
• Knowledge of SLAs and service contracts, plus project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google analysis tools.
• English at B2 level or higher and availability to travel.

Nice to have

• Experience in medium-sized or large industrial or corporate environments.
• Knowledge of sustainability applied to services, including waste reduction and energy efficiency.
