Project Manager, Study Operations, Cronos (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Manage the delivery of clinical studies or assigned study components in line with contracts, SOPs, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop integrated study management plans and establish objectives for cross-functional project teams.
• Monitor milestones, risks, contingencies, quality issues, scope changes, and corrective and preventative action plans.
• Collaborate with internal functions, customers, business development representatives, and vendors to resolve obstacles and achieve milestones.
• Present project information to internal and external stakeholders and act as a primary or backup customer contact.
• Support financial performance, identify opportunities to accelerate revenue, document lessons learned, and mentor less experienced project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• More than 7 years of clinical research experience, including around 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience working in a global environment and in client-facing roles.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a good command of English.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to work through others, manage performance, and provide feedback.
