Tech Project Lead (Retail Tech)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; four days from the office and one flexible day

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end store-related technology rollouts across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, and Hungary.
• Provide structured project management support to Tech functions responsible for implementation.
• Allocate resources and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Expansion, Retail Operations, Sales, and Tech.
• Coordinate external vendors during retail technology implementation and rollout.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies; track outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Approximately 3 or more years of project management experience, ideally in retail or technology.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional IT implementation projects.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product teams.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and technical-to-business translation skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and willingness to work under a local contract in Prague, Czech Republic.
