What you will do

• Manage change projects to achieve strategic objectives, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management and project teams, to ensure their needs are met.
• Manage project teams, ensuring proper resourcing and necessary skills for project objectives.
• Manage project budgets to ensure projects are delivered within the agreed budget.
• Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication, for successful implementation.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver against deadlines.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across teams and locations.
• Hands‑on experience or strong capability in project management, change delivery, or programme coordination focused on people‑centric initiatives.
• In-depth technical knowledge and experience in assigned area of expertise.

• Experience supporting people‑, talent‑, or culture‑focused initiatives.
• Exposure to coordinating internal communications, events, or volunteer‑led initiatives.
• Experience with reporting, tracking progress, and maintaining clear visibility of delivery across initiatives.
