Change Delivery Specialist (Change Transformation)

Location: Prague office, Czech Republic

Salary: Minimum Kč 780,000 annual full-time equivalent base salary, plus potential incentive award and country-specific benefits.

What you will do

• Manage change and talent transformation projects across IB Technology, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans covering objectives, timelines, resources, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate stakeholders across teams, locations, seniority levels, and external partner groups.
• Support volunteer-led programmes, internal communications, engagement activities, and events.
• Produce progress reports and maintain visibility across multiple workstreams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies while supporting training and change adoption.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver consistently against deadlines.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills across teams, locations, and seniority levels.
• Experience or capability in project planning, progress tracking, reporting, risk management, and controls.
• Ability to work with factual information, resolve delivery problems, and communicate complex or sensitive topics.
• Ability to partner with other functions and take responsibility for project outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating internal communications, events, or people-focused activities.
• Experience with data analysis, project reporting, and delivery tracking.
• Ability to use AI tools to create or enhance content, presentations, communications, and visual assets.
• Experience supporting SharePoint content, structure, and information management.
