What you will do

• Support laboratory, benchtop, manufacturing, quality, and process development applications within the Operations Technology team.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Windows systems, manage user accounts, maintain security, and troubleshoot performance and reliability issues.
• Configure, manage, and integrate analytical instruments with laboratory platforms.
• Engage business users to analyze needs and document business and solution requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis, incident investigations, business case development, and troubleshooting for computerized systems.
• Coordinate technical and business process issues across departments and manufacturing sites, including support for non-standard shifts and extended hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an associate’s degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED plus 6 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of quality processes, laboratory, benchtop, and manufacturing systems.
• Ability to analyze problems, process complex data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Knowledge of IT architecture and hardware, with strong computer and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ALCOA++ principles and data integrity in GMP environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
