Localization Manager (Digital Health)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania. Hybrid setup with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

Salary: €1,700–€2,500 gross per month, negotiable depending on experience.

What you will do

• Manage localization end-to-end, from translation through quality checks.
• Coordinate priorities and delivery with marketing, product, UX, content, and support teams.
• Manage external translators, vendors, and localization platforms.
• Ensure content is accurate, culturally relevant, and aligned with the brand.
• Track performance metrics, improve workflows, and manage budgets and timelines.
• Follow localization trends, AI translation tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in localization or translation project management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and Lithuanian.

Nice to have

• Experience localizing software, websites, or marketing materials.
• Background in linguistics, translation, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with AI translation tools, workflow automation, and process improvement.
