Product Manager (Immune Mediated Rare Disease)

Pharmaceutical company developing and commercializing medicines, including therapies for immune-mediated rare diseases.

What you will do

• Develop Japanese brand plans in collaboration with global and cross-functional teams.
• Manage launch excellence activities with global counterparts.
• Develop and execute sales promotional activities with commercial stakeholders.
• Create programs and tools to improve sales force effectiveness.
• Design and implement omni-channel strategies with the Commercial Excellence team.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders, sales leaders, and key opinion leaders while monitoring competitor launch strategies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Product Manager or Marketing Manager experience in a pharmaceutical company, or at least 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical consulting company.
• Experience leading brand planning processes and communicating robust brand plans to stakeholders.
• Strong coordination, negotiation, organizational, planning, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related discipline.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of experience in immunology or rare disease.
• New product launch experience covering both planning and execution.
• Global project or global coordination experience.
• Medical or pharmaceutical Bachelor's or Master's degree, or an MBA.
• Experience building a new organization.
