What you will do

• Develop and execute a patient-centric brand plan for Wayrilz in ITP.
• Prepare the product launch, including marketing material creation and event management.
• Collaborate with the global brand team using a glocal approach.
• Work with internal functions and external partners to strengthen hirify.global’s competitiveness in the therapeutic area.
• Support market shaping by improving how healthcare professionals view and treat ITP and empowering patients to seek better quality of life.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• More than 3 years of product marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including marketing plans, forecasts, and deliverables.
• New product launch experience as a pharmaceutical marketer is preferred.
• Structured, objective, and fact-based thinking.
• Collaborative teamwork and willingness to step outside the comfort zone for professional development.
• Native-level fluency in Japanese and business-level English are required.
