Industrial Engineering Intern

What you will do

• Conduct time studies and work measurements across production and support processes.
• Observe, document, and map process flows and standard work methods.
• Collect, manage, and analyze operational, productivity, cycle-time, labor-utilization, and resource-efficiency data.
• Support engineers and operations teams with process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement projects.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and summaries of findings and recommendations.
• Support implementation of improvements and monitor outcomes in collaboration with engineers, supervisors, and operations personnel.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Basic understanding of time studies, work measurement, process improvement, productivity analysis, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical, observational, data-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing and operational environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
