Graduate Industrial Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Bayan Lepas, Malaysia; onsite, with no remote work available

What you will do

• Develop corporate-level capacity planning strategies and perform 18-month test capacity forecasting.
• Review manufacturing backlogs, align capacity with revenue objectives, and track Gross Margin Improvement Initiatives against Annual Operating Plan targets.
• Resolve capacity gaps through capital expenditure planning, including annual and dynamic capacity requirements.
• Maintain corporate capacity systems and databases, including Agile and Worldwide Test Capacity Tools.
• Optimize production loading across OSAT partners and internal manufacturing factories.
• Analyze test output entitlement, equipment OEE, floor layouts, and operational gaps to implement improvements.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dashboard or reporting tools.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or the semiconductor industry is preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
