What you will do
- Develop frameworks for presenting insights and advise on potential product enhancements.
- Analyse data, trends, and results, translating findings into business impact for stakeholders.
- Analyse the acquisition funnel to identify opportunities that support jobs and tradie growth.
- Provide data to inform business use cases and requirements.
- Support segmentation strategies that create customised consumer experiences.
- Facilitate and measure the effectiveness of feature experiments.
Requirements
- Experience in data analytics for an e-commerce or technology company.
- Experience working with enterprise data warehouses.
- Ability to interpret complex data, synthesise findings with business results, and develop high-level recommendations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Advanced SQL or equivalent experience.
- Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Nice to have
- Experience in a marketplace or digital-native organisation.
- Experience with Google Analytics and A/B testing for SaaS products.
- Experience in forecasting, statistical modelling, ETL frameworks, dbt, or data modelling.
- Intermediate Python programming experience.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Salesforce.
- Tertiary qualifications in business analytics, statistics, data science, economics, actuarial studies, management, or a related field.
