Technology Specialist Roles and Authorization (SAP)

Location: Getafe Area, Spain; hybrid working model when possible

What you will do

• Analyze existing SAP roles and develop harmonization proposals based on current or new concepts.
• Define and update business role concepts in alignment with the roles team.
• Implement technical roles within business role concepts.
• Support SAP projects and services by consulting the business on access and authorization requirements.
• Analyze and resolve authorization issues and provide audit support.
• Support and improve the implemented change management process.

Requirements

• Several years of technical and functional experience in SAP role management and authorizations, including role creation, updates, and authorization objects.
• Ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into concepts, design documents, and consultancy.
• Several years of experience with SAP ECC6 and S4H.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Analytical, results-oriented, and solution-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Cloud, BW, GRC, or Security Weaver.
• Experience managing large SAP landscapes across multiple countries.
• Experience with Fiori and access management for HANA databases.
• ITIL certification or willingness to develop HANA database access management skills.
