SAP MDG Functional Consultant – Business Partner (SAP)

What you will do

• Lead the functional design and implementation of SAP MDG solutions for Business Partner, Customer, and Supplier master data.
• Translate business requirements into governance processes, workflows, change requests, validations, derivations, and functional designs.
• Define data models, replication requirements, and lifecycle processes covering onboarding, maintenance, approval, and qualification.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Master Data, technical, integration, and SAP stakeholders.
• Support CVI and Business Partner integration scenarios across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Support migration, mass upload, validation, reconciliation, testing, UAT, upgrades, transformations, and go-live activities.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of SAP experience, including 3–5 years of hands-on SAP MDG functional experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP MDG Business Partner and Customer, Supplier, and Business Partner master data.
• Experience with MDG data models, workflows, change requests, validations, derivations, replication, and CVI.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments, migration, mass upload, data validation, reconciliation, and error handling.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• SAP Master Data Governance Certification.
• Experience with SAP MDG on S/4HANA, co-deployed and hub deployment models, Consolidation, and Mass Processing.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and understanding of SAP Clean Core architecture.
• Experience in large-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation and template rollout programs.
