Process Engineer CLN (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Sustain production lines through SPC/FDC monitoring, CPK improvement, and troubleshooting of process and tool issues.
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on process robustness, cost efficiency, capacity, and wafer yields.
• Develop process recipes for new and existing semiconductor technologies and support process qualification, productivity improvements, and new tool releases.
• Apply big data analytics, statistical analysis, AI/ML, and structured problem-solving methods to improve process performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, other fabs, and OEM suppliers to converge best-known methods for recipes, materials, methods, and Industry 4.0 automation.
• Train and guide Associate Engineers while contributing to production ramp schedules, patents, technical papers, and seminars.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and independent working skills.
• Knowledge of big data analysis and AI/ML; Python or other coding experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of wafer fabrication is beneficial.
