Chief of Staff to the CTO & CPO (AI)

Location: Paris, hybrid. The first week of onboarding takes place at the Paris office.

What you will do

• Coordinate the engineering and product roadmap calendar, track milestones, remove alignment blockers, and prepare materials for executive reviews.
• Build scalable internal workflows, tracking dashboards, and AI automation agents for leadership management pipelines.
• Lead strategic and ad hoc projects for the CTO and CPO, including partnerships, technical builds, corporate events, and conferences.
• Own technical division reporting, including CIR dossiers and IFRS capitalization files, and prepare operational data packages and technical documentation for FP&A and external auditors.
• Manage declarations for the European Commission’s SEISMIC research program and prepare applications for new research grants.
• Track CSR responsible digital practices and carbon footprint reduction commitments.

Requirements

• Higher education, ideally in engineering, with a strong business background.
• 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting or a structured, fast-scaling technology company.
• Native-level French and English, with excellent technical writing skills for official compliance dossiers.
• Strong technical culture and curiosity, including practical use of AI tools, low-code automation, and configuration.
• Ability to independently structure workload, drive analytical and tracking pipelines, challenge processes, and execute undefined projects.

Hiring process

• Initial 45-minute call with Talent Acquisition.
• Interview with the CTO, followed by a home assignment assessed by two interviewers.
• Final interview with the CPO focused on hirify.global’s long-term vision.
