SLS Lab Scientist

What you will do

• Review job requests and relevant safety data, and understand experiment principles.
• Provide laboratory testing support for internal and external projects, including customer troubleshooting and new product development.
• Prepare laboratory testing reports and record raw data accurately.
• Set up, calibrate, operate, and troubleshoot testing platforms, equipment, and instrumentation.
• Manage laboratory instruments, samples, and testing databases.
• Communicate with global technical and business teams to perform testing and analyze problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, engineering, electrical engineering, materials, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of testing experience.
• Knowledge of analytical instruments and testing methods.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required.
• Strong report-writing, presentation, and communication skills for working with internal and external customers.

Nice to have

• Experience in the semiconductor or display industries.
