What you will do
- Conduct laboratory tests on raw materials, product samples, and pilot samples according to project instructions.
- Document experimental procedures and results accurately and report findings in written and oral formats.
- Maintain, calibrate, clean, and organize laboratory testing equipment and work areas.
- Support raw material introduction workflows, supplier compliance document reviews, and product registrations and certifications.
- Coordinate documentation and deliverables for innovation programs, incentives, and certification initiatives.
- Support HSE activities and monitor chemical-related regulations and standards in China.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Toxicology, Environmental Science, Biological Science, Medical Science, Pharmaceuticals, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in product safety, regulatory affairs, laboratory testing, trade compliance, or related fields is preferred.
- Basic understanding of laboratory operations, chemical testing, and material compliance concepts.
- Strong learning agility, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English required.
