What you will do

• Perform and document analytical procedures and experimental activities for sample analysis and validation.
• Conduct routine data analysis, identify unusual results, and escalate potential performance errors.
• Troubleshoot laboratory equipment and analytical processes while supporting improvements to data quality, cost, and turnaround time.
• Prepare analytical results for upload to the LIMS system and contribute to CAPA investigations, deviations, and resolutions.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, inventory, buffers, solutions, and housekeeping standards.
• Train laboratory personnel, communicate with cross-functional stakeholders, and support laboratory or cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; relevant laboratory science degrees may be required for some locations.
• Typically more than 2 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a regulated laboratory environment preferred.
• Knowledge of laboratory principles, analytical techniques, regulatory standards, safety, infection control, and hazardous chemical handling.
• Ability to perform complex laboratory calculations, troubleshoot equipment, and resolve process issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong organization, communication, interpersonal, multitasking, attention-to-detail, and accuracy skills.
