Market Intelligence Analyst (Logistics)

What you will do

• Develop market sizing analyses for European CEP and freight sectors, including segment views and growth outlooks.
• Monitor competitor activity, earnings releases, financial disclosures, industry reports, and broader market developments across Europe.
• Build market forecasts and support scenario planning related to macroeconomic shifts, trade changes, and customer demand.
• Analyze competitor strategies and external signals to identify risks, opportunities, and implications for hirify.global.
• Re-engineer analytical models, tools, and frameworks to improve strategic decision-making and communication.
• Prepare executive updates and presentations, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate intelligence into business action.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in market intelligence, strategic planning, consulting, business analysis, or a related field.
• University degree or business school background.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, market research, forecasting, and scenario-analysis skills.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, including presentations for senior and executive audiences.
• Experience monitoring competitors, tracking earnings, assessing market dynamics, and developing strategic recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work across functions, regions, and seniority levels in a matrix environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of transportation, logistics, freight, or parcel markets.
• Experience with competitive intelligence, strategic planning, or consulting.
• Experience with Teams, Planner, Mural, or similar virtual collaboration tools.
