Legal & Business Affairs - Intern (m/f/d)

Location: Paris, France; six-month internship based in Paris is mandatory

What you will do

• Draft and negotiate licensing, partnership, NDA, production, PR, and service-provider contracts.
• Support French and international operational teams on legal and commercial matters.
• Advise advertising, marketing, business development, and technology departments.
• Address intellectual property, consumer, business, and privacy law matters, including GDPR.
• Support legal risk assessment and follow up on pre-litigation and litigation cases related to commercial activities.

Requirements

• Master 2 degree in Intellectual Property and/or IT Law.
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal department in the relevant field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French are required.
• Proactive and autonomous working style.
• Comfort working in a challenging, multicultural environment.
• Availability for a six-month internship starting in January 2027 and mandatory presence in Paris.
