(USA) Vision Center Manager L2 (Optical)

Location: Onsite in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, United States

Hourly wage: $34.00–$44.00 per hour, plus potential performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Drive Vision Center sales through merchandise presentation, competitive pricing, signing, inventory availability, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of community needs.
• Lead customer service standards and resolve customer complaints and issues within company guidelines.
• Supervise, hire, train, mentor, assign, recognize, and develop Vision Center Associates.
• Ensure quality eyewear service by consulting customers, taking measurements, verifying prescriptions, maintaining confidential records, performing minor frame repairs, and maintaining optical equipment.
• Monitor compliance, asset protection, safety, quality assurance, and operational performance while implementing improvement plans.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, support community outreach, and execute company programs and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Completion of at least two years of college, or one year of retail experience plus one year of supervisory experience, or two years of general work experience including one year of optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable Arkansas state laws, regulations, and rules.
• Experience supervising Associates is preferred.
• Ability to support customer service, compliance, safety, inventory, and optical operations.
