Aircraft Embodiment Engineer

What you will do

• Lead aircraft embodiment engineering and tooling preparation projects, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Create and manage preparation dossiers, technical data, work instructions, and working-party documentation for maintenance, repairs, modifications, and retrofits.
• Coordinate technical support for operational departments and customer working-party teams during on-site embodiment activities.
• Manage tooling requests, consumables, warehouse activities, supplier coordination, and worldwide dispatch of equipment to working-party sites.
• Interface with project management, design, aircraft operators, MROs, maintenance centres, and other stakeholders.
• Support audits, digitalization initiatives, post-project reviews, feedback activities, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• University degree in aeronautics and astronautics engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance operations and engineering.
• Familiarity with hirify.global technical documentation.
• Negotiation-level English is required.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, customer-orientation, flexibility, and intercultural communication skills.
• Ability to work with EASA Part 145, FAR 145, and CAAC 145 airworthiness requirements.
