Panel Support Specialist (Database Management Chinese Speaker)

Location: KL Eco City Bangsar, Malaysia; the role supports Singapore research panels.

What you will do

• Respond to panel member queries and provide customer support through email and other communication channels.
• Troubleshoot issues affecting TV, Digital, and Content Insights panel members, reporting and following up with stakeholders.
• Maintain panel member databases and perform quality-control validations, detailed data checks, and discrepancy reporting.
• Write and edit newsletters, bulletins, portal updates, email campaigns, and other panel communications.
• Support market research fieldwork, including media-consumption data collection and social-demographic updates.
• Coordinate technicians and part-time staff while collaborating with market research, data processing, and technical teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin required.
• Basic understanding of database concepts and strong analytical and data-validation skills.
• Ability to manage large datasets accurately, meet tight deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks, and work independently.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
