Master Data Intern (SAP)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

What you will do

• Support the creation, extension, and updating of material, vendor, customer, and finance master data.
• Perform data validation checks according to master data policies and standards.
• Contribute to workflow streamlining and other process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and documentation for ongoing projects.
• Support the Global Master Data team in a shared services environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, including sorting, filtering, and simple formulas.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment and interest in process improvement.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SAP or another ERP system.
