Production Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: Thornton, California, United States; 1st shift, onsite

Hourly pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience

What you will do

• Prepare production reports covering plant activity.
• Maintain inventory records for production-related items and supplies.
• Prepare production downtime reports for payroll.
• Create production and shipping packets and request new product codes.
• Verify production sheets, cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and product costing records.
• Prepare regular and special reports and complete other assigned production coordination duties.

Requirements

• High school graduation and experience with business or office procedures.
• At least six months of office experience.
• Working knowledge of computers and business software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
