Operations Production Support

Location: Onsite at the Cambridge, Massachusetts headquarters, United States; not hybrid or remote

Salary: $24.00–$66.59 per hour base salary

What you will do

• Maintain calibration tracking and coordinate equipment transfers between production areas and the calibration laboratory.
• Escort calibration personnel during onsite calibration and ESD bench certification.
• Track hardware builds and provide updated travelers and work orders to technicians.
• Maintain production status and process-change records in quality control spreadsheets.
• Track chemicals, limited-life materials, inventory, and other consumables while developing usage dashboards.
• Manage preventive maintenance, order parts, schedule service, obtain vendor quotes, and submit purchase orders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in laboratory or facility operations management.
• Experience managing lab or facility operations in a production environment.
• Experience with electronics technical inventory, materials management, production planning, or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with MRP Security.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; selected applicants must obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
