Cross-Plant (XP) Structure Technician

Location: Tianjin Area, China; onsite production role

hirify.global (Tianjin) Final Assembly Company Limited supports aircraft final assembly and structural production activities for hirify.global aircraft.

What you will do

• Assemble and install structural components on A320 SA and/or WB family aircraft according to work orders.
• Perform aircraft structure repairs, modifications, and NC, QLB, and ALB rework.
• Prepare and select appropriate tooling, complete toolbox checks twice daily, and report missing items.
• Prevent foreign object debris on aircraft and escalate safety risks or deviations.
• Validate work orders and production tasks after rework, and open and close the relevant IC records.
• Support technical investigations and XP Operations or XP ME coordination, including participation in Production SQCDP meetings.

Requirements

• Professional experience as an airframe technician or in a related aviation role.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft structures and assembly techniques.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used for structural work.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, and work orders.
• Fluent English and technical English vocabulary are required.
• Interpersonal skills, adaptability across teams, responsibility, meticulousness, and awareness of people, goods, and environmental safety.
