Location: Thousand Oaks, California, United States; onsite across various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $71,939.75–$97,330.25 annual

What you will do

• Perform scheduled calibration, corrective maintenance, installation, repair, and troubleshooting of instruments and equipment used in process control and building systems.
• Complete quality and safety documentation in accordance with GMPs, SOPs, hirify.global policies, and predefined schedules.
• Communicate work status to system operators and stakeholders and accurately complete work orders in the CMMS.
• Support facility and manufacturing operations while minimizing the impact of maintenance activities on production.
• Identify workflow interruptions and improvement opportunities, recommend solutions, and assist with implementation.
• Participate in training, cross-functional meetings, and on-call or nonstandard shift coverage.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED plus one year of maintenance, operations, manufacturing, or military experience, or an associate's degree.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation, operating manuals, engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical diagrams.
• Ability to work independently, communicate task status, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Availability for day, swing, graveyard, weekend, holiday, and extended shifts, including 5x8-hour, 4x10-hour, and 3- or 4x12-hour schedules.

Nice to have

• Experience with instrumentation, calibration, and metrology programs.
• Mechanical maintenance experience with sanitary processing equipment and systems.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience in a cGMP-regulated environment and with computerized maintenance management systems.
• Technical school training and hands-on operations, manufacturing, or maintenance experience.
