Escrow Support Processor (Real Estate)

What you will do

• Support Escrow Processors and Escrow Officers with centralized clerical processing.
• Open and close escrow files and prepare related correspondence.
• Order preliminary title reports, payoffs, liens, homeowners association documents, and evidence of insurance.
• Process fund disbursements and prepare closing statements and closing letters.
• Schedule couriers, provide delivery instructions, distribute preliminary reports, and communicate with branches.
• Follow escrow procedures, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of escrow processing experience.
• Knowledge of escrow procedures and awareness of regulations governing the escrow process.
• Working knowledge of fundamental departmental or field practices and procedures.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships within the work group.
