(Senior) Medical Advisor (I&I)

hirify.global's Medical Affairs organization supports product strategy, clinical evidence generation, scientific communication, and commercialization activities.

What you will do

• Lead and develop local medical strategy and product lifecycle management plans in alignment with product strategy.
• Partner with brand and local commercial teams to develop product strategy and ensure consistent scientific messaging.
• Plan and execute evidence-generation activities, publications, medical events, advisory boards, investigator meetings, and expert panels.
• Develop and manage protocols for local hirify.global-sponsored studies and work with Global Study Operations on global, regional, and local studies.
• Engage selected KOLs and study groups in strategic discussions, protocol development, and study-site selection.
• Provide medical expertise for pipeline products, health economics, reimbursement requests, and therapeutic-area programs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in life sciences or a relevant field, or equivalent education.
• At least 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience or proven industry collaboration in academia.
• Experience developing and executing medical strategy for pre-launch products.
• Experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Development, including clinical study management and conduct.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical product development, lifecycle management, commercialization, and related functions such as Clinical Operations, Commercial, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs.
• Fluent Japanese and English are required.

• MD, PharmD, or PhD.
• Therapeutic-area expertise and an established customer network.
• Finance and budgeting experience.
• Office work and project management capability.
