Freelance Medical Post-Editors (English-Canadian French)

Location: Remote

What you will do

• Translate, post-edit, and review clinical trial documentation in English and Canadian French.
• Improve the readability, accuracy, and coherence of medical and scientific materials while preserving their original meaning.
• Collaborate with translation teams by providing feedback and recommending corrections.
• Maintain current knowledge of medical terminology and developments in the medical field.
• Ensure documents comply with applicable regulatory requirements and guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in clinical translation or post-editing.
• Native fluency in Canadian French and fluency in English.
• Strong understanding of clinical terminology and concepts.
• Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Certification in medical post-editing, translation, or a related discipline.
• Experience with memoQ.
• Medical or pharmaceutical degree.
