What you will do

• Administer psychiatric assessments to clinical trial participants remotely through proprietary digital tools.
• Review rater-administered scales to ensure standardized methodology and reliable data.
• Evaluate assessment quality and conduct live discussions with raters about interview techniques and scoring.
• Review case data and prepare documentation for rater interactions and assigned activities.
• Complete functional assessments of rater performance, including mock interviews, and support related communications.
• Submit task documentation on time and participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatry, Nursing, Social Work, or an equivalent discipline.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience with schizophrenia and major depressive disorder populations.
• At least 3 years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, including PANSS.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, time-management, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
