Clinical Independent Rater - Dutch Speaking

Location: Remote/Virtual; role associated with Amsterdam, Netherlands

Hours: 10–16 hours per month

What you will do

• Complete orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Review case data, clinical documents, and scale items before rater discussions.
• Conduct live discussions with raters and provide guidance on assessment methodology and scoring.
• Support rater performance through functional assessments, including mock interviews.
• Complete assigned interactions and submit accurate documentation on schedule.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or an equivalent field; MD, DO, or PhD is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, or structured clinical interviews, specifically MINI and MADRS.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• At least 3 years of experience administering scales in clinical research trials, excluding graduate or doctoral research.
• Fluent English and native-level US Dutch are required.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Experience in CNS clinical trials.
• MD, DO, or PhD.
