Clinical Trial Psych Rater (US Spanish)

Location: Remote/Virtual; role associated with New Providence, New Jersey, United States

Annualized base pay: $62,700–$156,700; actual compensation may vary by qualifications, location, and schedule.

What you will do

• Review clinical trial case data, rating scales, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct live discussions with raters to provide guidance on assessment methodology and scoring.
• Evaluate assessment quality and support rater performance through functional assessments and mock interviews.
• Participate in orientation, training, calibration, and other required activities.
• Complete assigned rater interactions and submit accurate documentation on schedule.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or an equivalent field.
• At least three years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, or structured clinical interviews, specifically PANSS, MINI, and CGI-SCH.
• At least three years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• At least three years of experience administering scales in clinical research trials, excluding graduate or doctoral research.
• Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in US Spanish required.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills.

Nice to have

• MD, DO, or PhD.
• Experience in CNS clinical trials.
