Clinical Trial Psych Rater - Portuguese Speaking Speaking (Psychiatric Assessments)

What you will do

• Participate in required orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare documentation for rater discussions.
• Conduct live interactions with raters to provide feedback on assessment methodology and scoring.
• Evaluate rater performance through functional assessments, including mock interviews.
• Complete assigned interactions and submit documentation accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, or structured clinical interviews, specifically MINI and MADRS.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• At least 3 years of experience administering scales in clinical research trials, excluding graduate or doctoral research.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• English fluency and native-level Portuguese proficiency required. Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office is also required.

Nice to have

• MD, DO, or PhD.
• Experience in CNS clinical trials.
