What you will do

• Administer clinical assessments to participants remotely through the Engage proprietary app.
• Review psychiatric assessments performed by clinical trial raters to ensure standardized delivery and reliable data.
• Evaluate rater performance and conduct live discussions on interview methodology, scoring, and assessment quality.
• Review case data and prepare documentation for rater interactions and assigned tasks.
• Complete required documentation, training, orientation, calibration, and communication activities on schedule.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatry, Nursing, Social Work, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience with schizophrenia and major depressive disorder populations.
• At least 3 years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, including PANSS.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Clinical trials experience.
• Central nervous system clinical trials experience.
