Women's Health Procedural Specialist / Clinical Educator (Medical Device)

Location: Carlsbad, CA, United States of America; per diem, field-based position with frequent travel throughout the assigned territory and occasional overnight travel.

Salary: $40–$42 per hour

What you will do

• Educate physicians, hospital personnel, and healthcare teams on women's health products and clinical applications.
• Provide procedural case support and clinical expertise during implementations, procedures, and educational activities.
• Conduct one-on-one in-services, group training sessions, and physician education programs.
• Build professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare organizations.
• Support product adoption, answer questions about procedural techniques, and communicate customer and market feedback.
• Complete procedural reports, expense reports, activity tracking, complaint documentation, and other required records.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license or current certification as an ultrasound, radiologic, or mammography technologist, or equivalent women's health imaging professional.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing, radiologic technology, diagnostic imaging, health sciences, or a related discipline.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in women's health, breast health, radiology, imaging services, surgical services, or a related specialty.
• Advanced knowledge of breast imaging, breast biopsy procedures, breast surgery workflows, and women's health clinical practices.
• Strong presentation, communication, adult learning, organization, documentation, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to travel frequently, obtain and maintain hospital vendor credentialing, and meet healthcare facility immunization and compliance requirements. Must have authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering physician and staff education programs.
• Experience with medical device implementations and procedural training.
• Knowledge of women's health product technologies, breast anatomy, imaging workflows, and diagnostic procedures.
• Medical device, women's health, diagnostic imaging, or breast health industry experience.
