MedTech Part Time Clinical Consultant (MedTech)

Location: Naples, Florida, United States; work includes in-person support at hospitals and travel to other hospitals as needed.

Salary: $60.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide ventricular medical device case support, including on-call coverage.
• Manage patients receiving support and complete proactive patient rounds.
• Deliver medical device education in ICU, OR, Cath Lab, and other clinical settings.
• Develop working knowledge of assigned products, therapies, and their clinical applications.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Support Center for additional support.
• Maintain clinical competency through ongoing learning and education.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse or Advanced Practice Provider license strongly preferred; perfusionists and cardiovascular specialists are also considered.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in CICU, CVICU, CVOR, or Cath Lab settings is required; CVICU experience is highly preferred.
• Significant ventricular medical device experience is required, including support for at least 10 cases or patients.
• Provide at least 2 days of live field support and 5 days of availability per month, including one weekend.
• Be available to work weekends, nights, holidays, and weekdays, and support hospitals outside the base location.
• Meet hospital vendor credentialing requirements and maintain up-to-date immunizations where required.

Nice to have

• Previous medical device industry experience.
• CVICU experience.
