MedTech Device Field Collection Associate - Odessa, TX

Location: Odessa, TX; candidates must live locally. Regular visits to assigned hospitals and local travel for up to 2–3 hours are required.

Salary: $51,400–$128,400 annualized, with the actual offer varying based on qualifications, location, and schedule.

What you will do

• Visit assigned hospitals weekly to collect surgical, non-invasive, and vascular equipment for reprocessing.
• Package and ship collected products to the client manufacturing plant.
• Document daily collection totals accurately.
• Notify the local Sales team when shipping supplies are needed.
• Travel locally to support customer needs; travel time and mileage are paid.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted driver license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with basic software programs and the Microsoft operating system.
• Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
• Ability to complete hospital vendor credentialing, including required vaccination and immunization checks.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, general labor, warehousing, or customer service.
