MedTech Women's Health Procedural Specialist / Clinical Educator

Location: Carlsbad, California, United States; field-based work throughout an assigned territory with frequent travel and occasional overnight travel.

Salary: $41 per hour

What you will do

• Educate physicians, hospital personnel, and healthcare teams on Women's Health products and clinical applications.
• Provide procedural case support during customer implementations, breast biopsy procedures, and educational activities.
• Conduct individual in-services, group training sessions, and physician education programs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare organizations.
• Support product adoption, answer clinical and technical questions, and communicate customer feedback and market trends.
• Complete procedural reports, expense reports, activity tracking, complaint documentation, and other required records.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license, or current certification as an Ultrasound Technologist, Radiologic Technologist, Mammography Technologist, or equivalent Women's Health Imaging Professional.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Nursing, Radiologic Technology, Diagnostic Imaging, Health Sciences, or a related discipline.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Women's Health, breast health, radiology, imaging, surgical services, or a related specialty.
• Advanced knowledge of breast imaging, breast biopsy procedures, breast surgery workflows, and Women's Health clinical practices.
• Strong presentation, communication, adult learning, organizational, documentation, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Frequent travel, hospital vendor credentialing, current immunizations, and healthcare facility compliance are required.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering physician and staff education programs.
• Experience supporting medical device implementations and procedural training.
• Knowledge of Women's Health technologies, breast anatomy, imaging workflows, diagnostic procedures, and medical terminology.
• Previous experience in Medical Device, Women's Health, Diagnostic Imaging, or Breast Health markets.
