MedTech - Clinical Educator – Infusion Pump | PRN | Nationwide Travel

Location: Boston, MA; nationwide travel and on-site client assignments required

What you will do

• Train and educate registered nurses, physicians, and hospital staff on IV infusion pumps and syringe pumps.
• Deliver peer-to-peer education and in-service training during medical device implementations.
• Assess customer-specific education needs and collaborate with clinical staff on training delivery.
• Use clinical nursing expertise to answer device-related questions and address concerns.
• Provide assignment updates, reports, and feedback to clients before and after in-service activities.
• Focus exclusively on education and implementation support, with no sales responsibilities or bedside care.

Requirements

• RN/BSN required; an ADN/ASN may be considered with another bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
• At least 2–3 years of recent clinical bedside patient-care experience.
• Background in ICU, oncology, emergency room, or critical care.
• Ability to travel nationally and perform on-site assignments.
• Average of two assignments per month, typically lasting 3–5 days, with a two-week-per-month commitment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Superuser experience with IV pumps.
• Experience working with IV pumps within the past 3–5 years.
• Ability to work effectively in group settings with strong professional acumen.
