What you will do

• Lead digital health clinical studies from start-up through closeout.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Act as the escalation point for clinical, operational, quality, and technology-related issues.
• Manage sponsor relationships, governance meetings, study reviews, and executive communications.
• Support proposals, bid defenses, client presentations, and scalable digital health service models.
• Mentor project managers, clinical staff, and study teams while supporting hiring and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, public health, nursing, technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience, including digital health, medical device, or technology-enabled clinical studies.
• Experience leading complex, multi-study clinical research programs.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, client management, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with decentralized and hybrid clinical trial models.
• Experience with digital therapeutics, connected medical devices, software as a medical device, AI-enabled healthcare solutions, wearable technologies, remote patient monitoring, radiology, or imaging technologies.
• Familiarity with EDC, CTMS, ePRO, and other clinical technology platforms.
