What you will do

• Design and develop vehicle electrical wiring harnesses, connectors, and electrical distribution systems.
• Create 2D and 3D EDS designs, wiring schematics, routing layouts, and bills of materials using CATIA, Siemens NX, Zuken, or equivalent tools.
• Perform tolerance analysis, routing feasibility studies, and virtual or physical mockups.
• Lead electrical-system validation and testing, including DV/PV testing and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and service teams.
• Work with suppliers on component delivery and specifications, and support field issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of EDS design experience in the automotive or related industries.
• Proficiency with CATIA V5/V6, Siemens NX, Zuken, or equivalent EDS design tools.
• Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, wiring harness architecture, and connector technologies, including hands-on experience with high-voltage and low-voltage systems.
• Familiarity with CAN/LIN communication protocols, diagnostic tools, DFMEA, DVP&R, and ISO 26262 functional safety standards.
• Strong organization, multitasking, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced startup environment.
